CBTalents in Madrid is seeking a Czech-speaking Account Executive to join our international sales team. You will manage the full sales cycle from first contact to closing and actively pursue Czech market opportunities.

The role requires native-level Czech and English, residency in Spain, and 1–6 years in outbound sales or related roles. It offers a permanent contract, hybrid work after onboarding, generous leave, and travel to Madrid as needed.

• Manage the full sales cycle from first contact to subscription close
• Contact potential customers in the Czech market
• Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations and follow-ups
• Manage free trials and support prospects through the decision-making process
• Handle approximately 80–100 calls per day
• Work towards KPIs related to calls, demos, conversions and revenue
• Handover successfully closed accounts to the Customer Experience team

Requirements

• Native or bilingual Czech
• Native or bilingual English
• Must already reside in Spain
• 1–6 years of commercial experience, such as BDR, SDR, outbound sales or call center
• Comfortable with outbound calling and high-volume communication
• Strong KPI and results orientation
• Availability aligned with US time zone working hours

Location & Work Model

Madrid, Spain

The first four weeks are fully on-site for onboarding and training. Afterwards, the role follows a hybrid working model, with approximately one day per month in the Madrid office.
