Mercier Consultancy Group is hiring a Polish Speaking Player Support Specialist to join the Sofia-based team in Bulgaria. You will provide world-class Polish-language support for players across gaming platforms, handle in-game issues, payments, and account security, and stay updated with gaming trends.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to knowledge bases. The role requires native Polish and professional English, plus a valid EU passport.

Formación

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Professional English proficiency to work in an international team.
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Provide world-class technical and account support to Polish-speaking players across various gaming platforms.
• Troubleshoot in-game issues, payment inquiries, and account security concerns with speed and precision.
• Maintain deep knowledge of current Gaming & Esports trends to effectively assist the player community.
• Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for every user interaction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and report bugs or system performance issues to developers.
• Stay updated on patch notes, game updates, and community news to provide accurate information to players.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base to improve support processes within the Gaming & Esports division.
• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Strong passion for the Gaming & Esports industry with a solid understanding of gaming culture.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with player frustrations.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and technical aptitude.
• Professional English proficiency to work within our international team structure.
