You will support Czech-speaking clients and collaborate with international brands from our Bulgaria office. The ideal candidate has native or fluent Czech, strong English communication, and a proactive customer-first mindset.

• Native or fluent Czech (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.

• Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition to our Czech-speaking jobs in Sofia.

• Previous experience in a Customer Support Services role is highly valued but not essential.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional demeanor and a genuine passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
