Job summary

goFLUENT in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to expand our Eastern Europe market. This on-site role focuses on building strong client relationships, guiding onboarding, and driving ongoing adoption of our digital learning solutions.

You will analyze client data, conduct business reviews, and identify upsell opportunities while ensuring high satisfaction and long-term growth across a dynamic, global team.

Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual in Polish, Romanian or Slovak.
• Intermediate English proficiency.
• Experience in Training, e-Learning, or HR Solutions (SaaS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be a trusted advisor: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving training needs.
• Lead seamless onboarding: Guide new clients as a goFLUENT product expert, ensuring a smooth and impactful start.
• Drive engagement and success: Analyze client data, conduct business reviews, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction.
• Unlock growth opportunities: Identify upsell possibilities and expand client partnerships.
• Share expertise and insights: Provide clients with best practices and thought leadership in digital learning.
