Job summary

Virtuagym is looking for a Customer Success Manager to manage a mid-market portfolio across Spain & Iberia. You will lead onboarding, drive adoption across multiple locations and partner with Sales, Product and Support to ensure customer success.

Fluent English and native-level Spanish are required, with strong project management and ownership mindset. This is a full-time remote role based in Spain, with growth opportunities in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English (written & spoken).
• Native-level Spanish or full professional fluency, both written and spoken.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and implementation for mid-market customers across locations.
• Guide customers to maximize value from Virtuagym and drive adoption, retention and growth.
• Collaborate with sales, product and support teams to ensure customer success.
• Proactively identify expansion opportunities and reduce churn through risk management.
• Be the voice of the customer, collecting feedback and driving improvements.
