Concentrix Spain Business Process Outsourcing S.L.U. in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Spanish-speaking) for on-site work. You will handle inquiries, after-sales requests, and manage communications via email and chat.

The role requires fluent Spanish and advanced English, prior customer service experience, strong communication, and Zendesk familiarity. This is a fast-paced environment with collaboration across teams in a modern central office.

Responsabilités

What you will do in this role

• Identify and assess customers' needs, handling consultations, after-sales requests, and general enquiries.
• Manage customer communications through email and chat, providing accurate and complete information.
• Handle customer complaints, find appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Build strong customer relationships through empathy, clear communication, and a customer-first approach.
• Manage the CRM system, keeping customer interactions, accounts, files, and databases up to date.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Administration, and other departments to support customer processes and operations.

Your qualifications

• Have a proficient or bilingual level of Spanish and advanced level of English
• Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or a similar role is valuable.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent interpersonal abilities.
• Customer-focused and detail-oriented, with a genuine commitment to providing high-quality service.
• Able to multi-task, prioritize, and find effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible, resourceful, proactive, and dynamic.
• A true team player who enjoys working towards both individual and team goals.
• Previous experience with Zendesk is a plus.
