Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our Barcelona on-site team handling Dutch-speaking customers with high quality service.

You will take incoming calls, emails, and messages, log details in our systems, and work to resolve issues within SLA, with full training and career development opportunities. This role offers a stable schedule, central Barcelona location, and a generous onboarding package.

Qualifications

• Proficient or bilingual in Dutch plus an advanced level of English
• Good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Customer care skills – listen to and understand customers’ needs
• Take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or escalate when needed
• Working knowledge of IT platforms/equipment is a plus (Windows/MS Office)

What you will do in this role

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.
