Job summary

Concentrix in Barcelona is seeking a Customer Representative (French-speaking) for an on-site role. You will handle inbound calls, emails, and other channels to resolve customer needs and deliver quality service in a fast-paced environment.

Fluency in French and advanced English are required, with training provided and opportunities for career development. The position offers a full-time contract, central Barcelona location, and a competitive salary with bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Are proficient or bilingual in French plus an advanced level of English.
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment.
• Have customer care skills - ability to listen to and understand the customers' need.
• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to escalated call to resolution.
• Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users' demands.
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA.
