Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative in Barcelona (onsite) who is fluent in Italian with advanced Spanish and English. You will provide accurate information, log and follow up on orders, and deliver high-quality post-sales support including logistics and refunds.

The role includes CRM data capture and a fully paid training program. The position offers a 20 hours/week schedule (Mon-Fri 09:00–13:00), onsite at the Barcelona Office, and includes referral bonuses,

• Previous experience in similar role is a plus.

What You Will Do in This Role

• Provide with accurate information to our customer.
• Logging and follow up of correct and Valid Orders or requests.
• Delivery of high caliber Customer Service on Post-Sales requisitions (Logistics, warranties, refunds…)
• Capturing of all required data elements in CRM as required by client’s training, policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Are proficient or bilingual in Italian + advanced Spanish and English
