MSX International, located at the Barcelona area, is seeking a Customer Service Representative (French) on a temporary contract. The role is full-time with a 50% hybrid work setup, based at our Barcelona office in Sant Just Desvern, with the first 3 months on-site for adaptation.

You will handle calls and emails from clients and dealerships, follow up on inquiries, and update records. Proficiency in French and English (B2) is required, and prior customer service experience is a plus.

Your daily tasks will include:

• Attending calls and responding to emails from clients and dealerships.
• Following up with customers until their inquiries are fully resolved.
• Making reminder calls and following up on incidents to achieve maximum satisfaction.
• Updating databases, drafting reports, and creating summaries.

We are looking for you if:

• You have aB2 level of Englishand arefluent inFrench.
• You are available full-time.
• You are a great communicator: You know how to speak with people, both on the phone and through written messages, and you love making connections.

Experience is a plus!Y you’ve worked in customer service, sales, or any people-focused role before, that’s even better!

• Salary: €20,000gross per year.
• You will be working from our Barcelonaoffice in a50% hybridposition, with the first 3months approx. fully on-site for the adaptation period. Our office is located at Carrer de la Constitució, 1.San Just Desvern.
