flyeralarm GmbH is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Spain (Barcelona area preferred). You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, advising on product portfolio and options, assisting with ordering, configuring products, and helping adjust print files.

You will coordinate order-related matters with our production team in Germany, keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Qualificações

• Degree in graphic design or advanced vocational degree, preferably in business or design.
• Experience in prepress graphic design is a major plus
• Extensive work experience
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent command of Spanish, both spoken and written; Catalan a plus
• Good command of English; German speaking is a plus
• Preferably reside in/relocate to the Barcelona area
• Friendly, enthusiastic, stress-resilient with strong communication and business acumen

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers via phone and email. In this role, you will provide professional and customer-focused support, advising customers on FLYERALARM’s extensive product portfolio and available options. You will assist them throughout the ordering process, help configure products according to their needs, and, when required, support them with adjustments to print files. Working closely with our production team in Germany, you will coordinate order-related matters, keep customers informed about the status of their orders, and ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at every stage. With your friendly, service-oriented, and calm approach, you will play a key role in delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

• A degree in graphic design or an advanced vocational degree, preferably in business or design.
• Experience in prepressor graphic design is a major plus
• You have extensive work experience
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent command of Spanish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Catalan is a plus
• Good command of English, both spoken and written. If you speak German, that would be fantastic.
• Preferably, you live in the Barcelona area or are willing to relocate.
• You consider yourself a friendly, enthusiastic person who can handle stress, has strong communication skills, is results-oriented, and has business acumen

What we offer:

• A fixed salary of between 2,000 and 2,300 euros gross per month, depending on your skills and experience (based on a 40‑hour workweek)
• a bonus based on team performance
