Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a German-speaking Customer Representative to join our on-site team in Barcelona. You will handle incoming calls, emails, and other channels, resolving customer demands with a focus on delivering quality service.

The role requires German proficiency and advanced English, with full paid training, career development programs, and a central Barcelona location. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00, with performance-based bonuses.

What you will do in this role

• Take incoming customer calls (via telephone, email, voicemail, pager, or other automated alerts) and solve users’ demands
• Log call details onto call management systems and provide response and resolution within SLA
• Maintain service and product knowledge and expertise associated with applications specific to individual customers.

Your qualifications

• Are proficient or bilingual in German plus an advanced level of English
• Have good disposition to work in a customer service environment
• Have customer care skills – ability to listen to and understand the customers’ need
• Can take ownership of, and progress calls to resolution or to elevate call to resolution

It will be a plus if you have:

• Have working knowledge of IT Platform, equipment, and applications: Windows/MS Office/ internet configuration is a plus
