flyeralarm GmbH is seeking a Customer Service Representative based in Spain (Barcelona area preferred). You will be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email, advising on product portfolio and options, assisting with ordering, configuring products, and helping adjust print files.

You will coordinate order-related matters with our production team in Germany, keeping customers informed and ensuring a smooth, positive experience.

Formación

• Degree in graphic design or advanced vocational degree, preferably in business or design.
• Experience in prepress graphic design is a major plus
• Extensive work experience
• Experience in customer service
• Excellent command of Spanish, both spoken and written; Catalan a plus
• Good command of English; German speaking is a plus
• Preferably reside in/relocate to the Barcelona area
• Friendly, enthusiastic, stress-resilient with strong communication and business acumen

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customers via phone and email; provide professional, customer-focused support.
• Advise customers on FLYERALARM’s product portfolio and available options; assist in ordering and configuring products.
• Help configure products per customer needs; assist with adjustments to print files when required.
• Coordinate order-related matters with the production team in Germany; keep customers informed about order status.
• Ensure a smooth, positive customer experience at every stage with a friendly, service-oriented approach.
