Job summary

Business Intelligence Sales Consultants in Málaga is seeking a Dutch-speaking Customer Representative for on-site work in Benalmádena, Spain. The role requires fluency in Dutch and a good command of English, with activities across calls, emails, chats and other channels.

You will handle inquiries about online orders, payments, products and promotions, while recording interactions in our ticketing system and following established service standards.

Customer Representative (Dutch-speaking) – Malaga

Position Overview

• Project Type: Customer Support & E-Commerce Operations (Retail Sector)
• Location: On-Site, Benalmádena (Malaga), Spain
• Work Model: On-Site, start 4/11
• Language Requirements: Fluency or bilingual proficiency in Dutch, accompanied by a good working command of English.

Compensation & Conditions

• Base Salary: 19,200 EUR gross per year
• Performance Bonus: Up to 1,800 EUR in performance bonuses
• Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month

Main Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via telephone, email, chat, and other communication channels.
• Support shoppers with questions regarding online orders, payments, products, and promotions.
• Handle calls and escalations transferred from physical retail locations and accurately record customer interactions in internal ticketing systems.
• Provide timely and effective responses and solutions within established service quality standards.
• Stay up to date with the company's products, services, processes, and policies.
• Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the relevant internal teams and guide customers through complaints processes.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Languages: Native-level or bilingual proficiency in Dutch, with a solid command of English.
• Core Competencies: Strong communication skills, active listening, and a natural customer-first orientation.
• Professional Attributes: Patience, empathy, and a strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to follow up on requests until complete resolution.
• Technical Skills: Comfortable navigating digital customer support tools, Windows, Microsoft Office environments, and internet configurations.
• Availability: Willingness to work on-site in Benalmádena on a standard daytime schedule (Monday to Friday plus two Saturdays per month).
• Legal Eligibility: Valid documentation to work in Spain (Spanish Residence Card or EU ID).
