Colgate-Palmolive, Madrid-based Hill's Iberia, is seeking a Customer Engagement Specialist to drive SAP-driven process improvements and EDI initiatives, coordinate logistics, and strengthen key customer relationships.

You will lead the Order to Invoice efforts, support web ordering and Hybris enhancements, and collaborate with Global IT and regional teams to deliver efficient service.

Formación

• University degree in Business or Engineering fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and speaking).
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efficiency projects related to process improvements (EDI, SAP upgrade/enhancement, logistics, web ordering, e-commerce).
• Manage Customer Engagement from a logistics perspective and maintain relationships with major customers and internal teams.
• Supervise Customer Service team to ensure best-in-class service and automate order creation and related CS processes.
