Colgate-Palmolive is seeking a Junior Customer Development Manager in Madrid to support day-to-day execution with major retailers. You will help manage national and regional accounts, analyze performance data, and contribute to annual business plans aligned with brand strategies.

You will build strong relationships, support negotiations within guidelines, and monitor KPIs to identify opportunities that boost sales, distribution, and market share across Hill's pet nutrition brands.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Engineering or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in commercial roles in FMCG or consumer healthcare.
• Fluent Spanish (written and spoken); Advanced English (written and spoken).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Solid analytical skills with ability to work with multiple data sources.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Builds strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
• Supports the area in achieving the Company’s sales, volume and distribution goals with key customers.
• Contributes to the development and implementation of annual business plans for all key customers.
• Provides deep analysis of performance trends and monitors KPIs to define action plans.
• Understands customer needs and recommends solutions that grow the category and Hill’s brands.
• Provides regular store coverage to understand in-store dynamics and opportunities.
• Lead negotiations with your customers within agreed guidelines, in alignment with the Senior CDT Lead.
• Forecasting, supply chain alignment and internal execution with Atlas forecast input.
