Colgate-Palmolive Madrid seeks a Customer Engagement Specialist for Hill's Iberia to drive efficiency projects, SAP enhancements, EDI, and web ordering initiatives within a logistics framework.

You will supervise the Order-to-Invoice process, collaborate with Global IT, and build strong relationships with major customers. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; SAP experience is a plus. Based in Madrid with a hybrid work setup.

Formación

• University degree in Business or Engineering fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service and Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and speaking).
• Advanced Excel knowledge and Google Suite applications.
• Experience with SAP is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead efficiency projects related to process improvements (EDI, SAP upgrade, SAP enhancement, logistics, web ordering, e-commerce).
• Lead Customer Engagement from a logistics perspective with major customers and internal teams.
• Supervise Customer Engagement team to ensure best-in-class service and automate order creation and CS processes.
• Support SAP enhancements and continuous improvement; test and report; train Order-to-Invoice team.
