A dynamic international company is seeking a Customer Advisor to join their Customer Service Department in Barcelona. What will you do?
As a Customer Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, communicating with them via email, phone, or chat. Your role involves accurately addressing a wide range of questions and translating issues into effective solutions.

For fulltime employment, 40 hours a week, you will be working 5 days of 8 hours spread over Monday to Saturday from 08:00 - 17:00 // 09:00 - 18:00 (one free hour). Not all markets require working on Saturdays; therefore, it might be possible that you will never have the option to work on that day. Working onSundays or National Holidays are also a possibility: in that case you will receive an extra allowance, or you can choose for extra free days!Working on Sundays or National Holidays are always voluntarily.
