PFH Technology is seeking a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for Microsoft Azure and OCI environments. The role involves troubleshooting, incident response, and collaboration with teams to maintain Enterprise infrastructure.

The ideal candidate has 3–6 years in cloud support, strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, and a passion for cloud operations. Nearshore EU/UK, day-rate contract with ASAP start.

Formación

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support or IT Operations roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification: AZ-900 or OCI Foundations Associate.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer Windows Server, hybrid cloud, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and follow ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide customer and stakeholder support.

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
