PFH Technology Group is seeking a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to deliver technical and operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The role focuses on enterprise cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and a service-centric approach within a nearshore EU/UK context.

You will troubleshoot infrastructure and cloud issues, support Microsoft 365 services, Windows Server, and hybrid cloud tools, and contribute to cloud migration projects.

Formación

• 3–6 years in Cloud Support or IT Operations roles.
• Hands-on with Microsoft Azure and/or OCI.
• Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or OCI Foundations Associate or higher.
• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support ITIL-based operations.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.

• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or
• Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.
• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
