PFH Technology está buscando un Desarrollador Junior de Soporte de Infraestructura en la nube para brindar soporte técnico y operativo en entornos Microsoft Azure y OCI. Se trabajará con infraestructura híbrida y se requiere experiencia en entornos Windows empresariales y servicios Microsoft 365.

El rol implica colaborar en migraciones y mejoras de la nube, automatización con PowerShell y cumplimiento de ITIL, con un fuerte énfasis en servicio al cliente y gestión de incidencias.

Formación

• 3–6 años de experiencia en soporte de nube/infraestructura/operaciones.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o OCI.
• Certificación en nube obligatoria (AZ-900 o superior; OCI Foundations Associate o superior).
• Experiencia en entornos Windows empresariales y conocimiento de Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID.

Responsabilidades

• Soporte técnico u operativo para entornos Azure y/o OCI.
• Solucionar incidencias de infraestructura, nube, red y usuarios.
• Gestión de Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, AD y Entra ID.
• Administrar Windows Server, hybrid cloud, Intune y SCCM/MECM.
• Monitorear infra, gestionar incidencias y seguir ITIL.
• Apoyar con automatización PowerShell, backup y DR.
• Soporte a VMware/Hyper‑V/Citrix y almacenamiento SAN.
• Contribuir a migración y modernización en la nube.
• Mantener documentación y soporte a clientes y partes interesadas.

Location: Nearshore (EU & UK)

Contract Type: Day Rate Contract (6-month Contract)

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
