PFH Technology, asociado a Ricoh, busca un/a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer para brindar soporte técnico y operativo en entornos Azure y OCI. El candidato ideal tendrá certificaciones en la nube y experiencia en infraestructuras empresariales, con interés en operaciones de nube, tecnologías de Microsoft y servicios de infraestructura.

La posición ofrece contrato de duración determinada de 6 meses en modalidad nearshore (EU y Reino Unido), con enfoque en operaciones de nube híbrida

Formación

• 3 - 6 años de experiencia en roles de Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, IT Operations, Service Desk u operativo.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Certificación en la nube obligatoria: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) o equivalente, y/o OCI Foundations Associate o superior.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte técnico u operativo para entornos Azure y OCI.
• Investigar y resolver problemas de infraestructura, nube, redes, identidad y usuarios finales.
• Soportar Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory y Entra ID.
• Administrar Windows Server, infraestructura híbrida, Intune y SCCM/MECM.
• Monitorear infraestructuras, gestionar incidentes y apoyar actividades según ITIL.
• Asistir con automatización PowerShell, copias de seguridad, recuperación ante desastres, seguridad y gobernanza de acceso.
• Soportar VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix y almacenamiento SAN.
• Contribuir a migraciones y proyectos de modernización en la nube.
• Mantener documentación y brindar soporte a clientes y partes interesadas.

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
