PFH Technology Group seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. The role focuses on incident resolution, cloud operations, and enterprise infrastructure services for a nearshore EU/UK client.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years in cloud/infra support, Azure/OCI hands-on experience, and mandatory cloud certs (AZ-900 or OCI). Strong English, and exposure to Windows Server and hybrid cloud are preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical/operational support for Azure and/or OCI.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, AD and Entra ID.
• Administer Windows Server, hybrid cloud infra, Intune, and SCCM/MECM.
• Monitor/triage incidents and follow ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, DR, security, access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix, and SAN storage.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization.
• Maintain documentation and customer/stakeholder support.

Contract Type: Day Rate Contract (6-month Contract)

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper‑V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
