PFH Technology Group busca un Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer para apoyar entornos Azure y OCI en clientes corporativos. Ubicación nearshore (EU y Reino Unido) con contrato de 6 meses a tarifa diaria. Se valoran certificaciones en nube y experiencia en infraestructura empresarial.

Se prioriza experiencia en entornos Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory y redes, con habilidades en automatización y un buen nivel de inglés para atención a clientes.

Formación

• 3 - 6 años de experiencia en Cloud Support o IT Operations.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o OCI.
• Certificación en nube obligatoria: AZ-900 o superior, o OCI Foundations.
• Experiencia en grandes entornos Windows.
• Conocimientos de Microsoft 365, Active Directory y redes.
• Buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés.
• Experiencia en entornos regulados es ventajosa.

Responsabilidades

• Brindar soporte técnico/operativo para Azure y OCI.
• Resolver incidencias de infraestructura, red y identidad.
• Soportar Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams y SharePoint.
• Administrar Windows Server, híbrido, Intune y SCCM/MECM.
• Monitorear infraestructura y gestionar incidentes siguiendo ITIL.
• Apoyar automatización con PowerShell, y DR/backup.
• Soportar VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix y almacenamiento SAN.
• Colaborar en migraciones y modernización de la nube.
• Mantener documentación y apoyo a clientes y stakeholders.

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
