PFH Technology, propiedad de Ricoh, busca un Ingeniero de Soporte de Infraestructura en la nube en entorno Microsoft Azure y Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). El candidato ideal tendrá certificaciones en nube y experiencia en infraestructuras empresariales.

El rol implica soporte operativo, migraciones a la nube y mejoras continuas, con un enfoque en operaciones de nube y tecnologías de Microsoft para entornos corporativos.

Formación

• 3 - 6 años de experiencia en roles de Cloud Support, Infraestructura o IT Operations.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o OCI.
• Certificación en la nube requerida: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) o OCI Foundations Associate, o superior.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte técnico u operacional para entornos Azure y/o OCI.
• Solucionar incidencias de infraestructura, nube, red, identidad y usuarios.
• Soportar Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory y Entra ID.
• Administrar Windows Server, infraestructura híbrida, Intune y SCCM/MECM.
• Monitorear infraestructuras, gestionar incidents y apoyar ITIL.

Job Title: Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer (Azure / OCI)

Location: Nearshore (EU & UK)

Contract Type: Day Rate Contract (6-month Contract)

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
