PFH Technology, en colaboración con un cliente con sede en Dublín, busca un/a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer para brindar soporte técnico u operacional en entornos Microsoft Azure y OCI. Se valorarán certificaciones en la nube y experiencia en infraestructura empresarial y servicios en la nube.

El candidato ideal trabajará en un entorno orientado a operaciones, seguridad y continuidad del negocio, con posible migración y modernización de la nube, manteniendo una atención al cliente

Formación

• 3 - 6 años de experiencia en puestos de soporte cloud, infraestructura, IT operations o helpdesk.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o OCI.
• Sólidos conocimientos de Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking e Hybrid Cloud.
• Buena comunicación en inglés y atención al cliente.
• Experiencia en entornos regulados o gubernamentales puede ser ventajosa.

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte técnico u operativo para entornos en Azure y/o OCI.
• Depurar y resolver incidencias de infraestructura, cloud, redes, identidad y usuario final.
• Dar soporte a Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory y Entra ID.
• Administrar y mantener Windows Server, hybrid cloud, Intune y SCCM/MECM.
• Monitorear la infraestructura, gestionar incidentes y apoyar operaciones ITIL.
• Asistir con automatización PowerShell, copias de seguridad, recuperación ante desastres, seguridad y gobernanza de accesos.
• Soportar entornos VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix y almacenamiento SAN.
• Contribuir a migraciones, transformaciones y proyectos de modernización en la nube.
• Mantener documentación y proporcionar apoyo robusto a clientes y partes interesadas.

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands‑on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.
