PFH Technology Group busca un Ingeniero de Soporte de Infraestructura en la nube junior para proporcionar soporte técnico y operativo en entornos Azure y OCI. Se valora experiencia en grandes entornos Windows y certificaciones en la nube.

La posición es Nearshore para Europa y Reino Unido, con contrato por tasa diaria de 6 meses. Se requiere proactividad, buenas habilidades de comunicación en inglés y capacidad para trabajar bajo ITIL.

Formación

• 3–6 años de experiencia en Cloud/Infraestructura/IT Operations o roles de soporte técnico.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Certificación en la nube obligatoria: AZ-900 o OCI Foundations (u otra equivalente).

Responsabilidades

• Proporcionar soporte técnico u operacional para entornos Azure y/o OCI.
• Solucionar incidencias de infraestructura, nube, red, identidad y usuario final.
• Soportar Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory y Entra ID.
• Administrar Windows Server, infraestructura híbrida, Intune y SCCM/MECM.
• Monitorear la infraestructura, gestionar incidentes y seguir prácticas ITIL.
• Asistir con automatización PowerShell, backup, DR, seguridad y governance de acceso.
• Dar soporte a VMware/Hyper-V/Citrix y almacenamiento SAN.
• Colaborar en migraciones a la nube, transformación y modernización.
• Mantener documentación y soporte a clientes y stakeholders.

Overview:

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
