PFH Technology, en colaboración con un cliente con sede en Dublín, busca un/a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer para apoyar Microsoft Azure y OCI en entornos empresariales. Se valorará experiencia en Microsoft 365, AD/Entra ID y administración de Windows Server, con interés en automatización y prácticas ITIL.

El rol ofrece contrato por día (6 meses) y trabajo remoto nearshore dentro de la UE y el Reino Unido, con inicio ASAP tras dos entrevistas.

Formación

• 3–6 años de experiencia en soporte de nube, infraestructura o IT operations.
• Experiencia práctica con Microsoft Azure y/o OCI.
• Certificación en la nube: AZ-900 o equivalente, o OCI Foundations.
• Experiencia en entornos Windows empresariales y servicios Microsoft 365.

Responsabilidades

• Brindar soporte técnico u operativo para entornos Azure y/o OCI.
• Resolver incidencias de infraestructura, nube, redes e identidad.
• Soportar Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams y Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Administrar Windows Server, Intune, SCCM/MECM y entornos de nube híbrida.
• Monitorear infraestructuras, gestionar incidentes y aplicar ITIL.
• Colaborar en automatización con PowerShell y en procesos de DR y seguridad.
• Apoyar migraciones a la nube y proyectos de modernización.

Overview

PFH Technology is partnering directly with a Dublin based Client who seeks a Junior Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to provide technical or operational support across Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environments. This role is ideal for candidates with cloud certifications, strong infrastructure support experience, and a passion for cloud operations, Microsoft technologies, and enterprise infrastructure services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical or operational support for Azure and/or OCI cloud environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and end-user issues.
• Support Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, Active Directory, and Entra ID.
• Administer and support Windows Server, hybrid cloud infrastructure, Intune, and SCCM/MECM environments.
• Monitor infrastructure, manage incidents, and support operational activities following ITIL practices.
• Assist with PowerShell automation, backup, disaster recovery, security, and access governance.
• Support VMware, Hyper-V, Citrix, and SAN storage environments.
• Contribute to cloud migration, transformation, and modernization projects.
• Maintain documentation and provide excellent customer and stakeholder support.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3 - 6 years experience in Cloud Support, Infrastructure Support, Technical Support, IT Operations, Service Desk, or Operational Support roles.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Mandatory cloud certification:

Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900) or higher, and/or

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations Associate or higher.

• Experience supporting large enterprise Windows environments.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Entra ID, Windows Server, Networking, and Hybrid Cloud.
• Good English communication and customer service skills.
• Experience within regulated or government environments is advantageous.
