Cross Border Talents in Valencia is seeking a Solution Specialist who speaks Flemish and English to drive cloud solutions and customer success.

You will identify upsell opportunities, deliver product overviews, train teams, and stay current on Microsoft and cloud developments. This full-time hybrid role offers a salary of 32,000–35,000 EUR gross per year plus bonus and private medical insurance.

Qualifications

• 3-6+ years of experience in technology-related sales or business development.
• Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of end-user scenarios and technical architecture for productivity and communications.
• Understanding of identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance in cloud and hybrid solutions.
• Experience with cloud deployment, adoption planning, and management of productivity, collaboration, and communication solutions.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsabilités

• Drive new customer wins by identifying up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with your team.
• Deliver technical product overviews and tailored insights aligned with customer needs and scenarios.
• Audit and confirm implementation requirements and pricing calculations.
• Demonstrate technical and business solutions to customers via Teams.
• Serve as the key technical contact for the SMB Vendor Tele team and potential customers.
• Conduct trainings across the Center on your areas of expertise.
