Zusammenfassung

Teleperformance is seeking a Technical Sales Representative for our EMEA Business Development team. You will identify new sales opportunities, engage with potential clients, and guide them to Google Cloud solutions via outbound calls and emails.

You’ll work toward individual targets within a larger sales team to expand our Cloud customer base across EMEA. You will handle high-volume outreach, educate customers on offerings, and relay technical needs to craft compelling proposals while leveraging

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS degree required or equivalent in related field
• Experience in outbound B2B sales within IT/cloud is essential
• Strong understanding of cloud concepts, especially Google Cloud Platform
• Proven ability to map customer needs to cloud solutions using a solution-selling approach
• Experience with CRM systems, ideally Salesforce
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

Aufgaben

• Hit quarterly KPIs and maintain high activity levels daily/weekly
• Manage a portfolio of accounts, focusing on new business and upsell
• Execute outbound prospecting to source and engage prospects
• Educate customers on product offerings and value
• Make daily outbound calls and emails, targeting C-level decision makers
• Qualify pain points, translate requirements to cloud solutions, build value for next steps
• Maintain CRM data and manage leads, contacts, accounts, opportunities and activities in Salesforce.com
• Work toward team and individual goals for KPIs like productivity and pipeline
