Teleperformance SE is seeking an Technical Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for businesses across EMEA. You will drive new cloud business through outbound calls and emails, profile prospects, and tailor solutions to customer needs with Salesforce CRM support.

In this hybrid, full-time role, you will hit KPIs, engage C-level stakeholders, and contribute to a scalable cloud sales program while developing your career within a global leader in customer experience and technology

Formación

• BA/BS degree required with strong business or IT focus.
• 3+ years B2B outbound sales experience in IT or cloud.
• Solid understanding of cloud concepts and Google Cloud is a plus.
• Strong English proficiency (C2) and professional communication.
• Proven ability to connect business needs to cloud solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Execute outbound prospecting via calls and emails to source new business.
• Educate customers on Google Cloud offerings and identify needs.
• Profile prospects, manage leads in CRM, and maintain data accuracy.
• Hit quarterly KPIs and contribute to team pipeline and targets.
• Engage C-level decision makers and guide to the next sales step.
