Corpay is hiring a Client Support Executive to join our Cross Borders division, based in Madrid or Barcelona. You will support the dealing team and customers, coordinate with internal teams, and assist with payments, reconciliations, and reports.

The role requires strong Spanish and English communication, with Portuguese as a valued language. A degree in business or related fields is preferred, and a hybrid work model is offered.

Formación

• Degree in business administration, accounting, finance or economics.
• Experience in a client support role.
• Outstanding communication skills in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with sales, operations, and compliance to ensure smooth client experience for settling trades and problem resolution.
• Educate Corpay clients on processes to reduce future dependency.
• Support efficient cash flow through timely collection of outstanding receivables.
• Monitor and report on outstanding trades requiring wire instructions.
• Comply with regulatory requirements including GDPR and CASS obligations.
• Escalate non-settlement suspicions to Head of Client Support.
