Ebury Barcelona is seeking a Junior Customer Relations Executive to join the Customer Relations Team. You will be a point of contact for corporate clients, delivering daily operational and trading support and acting as an ambassador for our product and service.

Formación

• Experience in client servicing or customer support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Interest in currency markets is helpful
• Experience with Microsoft Excel preferred

Responsabilidades

• Manage a portfolio of 300 corporate clients trading online through our EBO platform
• Provide daily operational and trading assistance to clients
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve client queries
• Represent the product and service as a client-facing ambassador
