Responsibilities

• Prepare menus in collaboration with your team.
• Ensure adequacy of supplies at cooking stations.

• Plan the daily operations and order stock.

What do we offer?

• Employment in one of our 4–5-star associated hotels.
• Hotels in the Austrian Alps: Vorarlberg, Tirol, Kärnten, Steiermark, Salzburg.
• Type of contract: seasonal or permanent, depending on the hotel.
• Minimum number of hours in the contract is 48 hrs (in the winter season working between 48–54 maximum). Working hours: 6 days.
• Net salary (13 or 14 salaries per year). Approx. 1.800 – 2.200 euros net.
• Trial period of 2 to 3 weeks.
• Free accommodation and meals.
• Free health insurance.
• Assistance throughout the whole process free of charge.

Minimum requirements

• European nationality / passport is mandatory.
• Experience as a Chef de Partie in hotels of at least 1 year.
• Studies and training in the gastronomy sector.
• Intermediate level of English (B1+).
