Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Fluency in both English and Spanish, with strong communication skills.
• Track record of customer interface, excellent organization skills, and a can-do attitude.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Curious, open to learn, and able to work in a team.
• Strong desire to work in a multicultural environment.
• Candidates must possess a valid EU work permit.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a first point of contact for students and professors on a day-to-day basis.
• Assist the Program Management team with administrative tasks for smooth program delivery.
• Report to the Executive Director of Business Masters in Madrid.
• Coordinate with departments involved in programs operations (Faculty, Admissions, Registrar).
• Attend and support students and professors daily.
• Manage high volumes of emails and respond to student queries promptly.
• Coordinate with Registrar, Planning and other departments on administrative issues.
• Process internal expense reports.
• Compile and update databases with student information.
• Contribute to preparation and edition of reports and presentations.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage logistics of program deliveries: catering, events, and travel arrangements.
