Concentrix Barcelona is seeking an IT Service Desk Agent (Bulgarian-speaking) for an on-site role. You will provide 1st level IT support to client workers, handle requests via phone, mail and chat, and use ITSM systems to manage issues and resolutions.

The role requires Bulgarian and English proficiency, experience in 1st/2nd level IT support, and knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365, and MS Teams. On-site 39 hours/week, permanent contract, with full paid training and clear career paths.

Formación

• Bulgarian and English proficiency required.
• 1st- or 2nd-level IT support experience preferred.
• Good knowledge of Windows 10, Office 365 and MS Teams.
• Analytical approach to complex issues.
• Familiar with ITSM systems (ServiceNow) and ITIL is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 1st level support to client workers.
• Handle IT requests via phone, mail, chat or self-service portal.
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone or remote access.
• Monitor IT requests in the client’s ITSM system and categorize/prioritize.
• Provide first resolution using internal knowledge databases.
• Cooperate with 2nd level and external service providers.
