Concentrix in Barcelona is hiring a B2B Customer Support Advisor (English speaking) to join our onsite team. You will handle customer inquiries, provide product and service guidance, and help maintain contractual SLAs while collaborating with teammates across projects.

You will bring native English, prior customer service experience, and basic sales skills. The role offers full-time hours (39h/week), training, and a Barcelona office base with a bonus potential of up to €3,000 per year.

Formación

• Native English required.
• Previous experience in a similar role.
• Basic sales skills including upselling and cross-selling.
• Good communication and teamwork.
• Proficient with Windows and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customers’ requests and provide guidance to ensure satisfaction and SLA adherence.
• Escalate service issues as needed.
• Follow project processes and procedures.
• Provide cover for other agents within the team.
• Attend regular team meetings and liaise with supervisors.
