Concentrix is seeking an IT Service Desk Agent (German speaking) to join our on-site team in Barcelona. You will act as the first line of support, helping users with hardware and software issues and guiding them through resolution.

The role requires German and strong English, experience in IT support, and familiarity with Windows 10, Office 365 and MS Teams. It offers a 39-hour week, private medical insurance, training, and career development opportunities.

As IT Service Desk Agent you will:

• Provide1st level supporttothe clientworkers
• Handling of IT requests or issues via phone,mailand chat or via self-service portal
• Perform root cause analysis and troubleshooting via phone and/or remote accessand monitor IT requests and issues inthe client’sITSM service management system includingtheir categorization and prioritization of IT issues and requests
• To beaccessibleandprovide afirst resolution rate by using internal knowledge databases.
• Cooperatewithclient’s2nd level service organizations and external service providers
• Providesupportto client’semployees in the operation of user systems and peripheraldevices

Concentrix is a Great Match If You:

• Bilingual/Proficient level of the market language: German
• Very good English language skills
• Experience in 1st - or 2nd level IT support, ideally in larger environments, is an advantage
• Good IT knowledge, especially of Windows 10, Office 365 and MS Teams
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting hardware and software
• Analytical approach to complex issues
• Experience in ITSM ticket systems (ideally in ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of processes according to ITIL V4 good to have
• High customer and service orientation
• High sense of responsibility
• Reliable and systematic way of working
• Willingness to learn and develop technical and soft skills
• Willingness to work shifts
• High motivation and willingness to work in a global team
