Concentrix in Barcelona is hiring a B2B Customer Support Advisor (English speaking) for an onsite role. You will respond to customer requests, provide information, and ensure SLA adherence while supporting clients across brands.

The position offers full-time 39 hours per week, a fixed salary of 23,000 euros gross per year with up to 3,000 euros gross per year in bonuses, plus full paid training and referral opportunities. Office located in Barcelona; growth and development programs are provided.

Formación

• Native English speaker.
• Experience in customer service roles.
• -basic sales upselling and cross-selling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to customer requests and provide necessary advice to ensure satisfaction and SLA.
• Escalate service issues when needed.
• Follow project processes and procedures.
• Provide backup for other agents as required.
• Coordinate with supervisors on projects.
