Job summary

Glovo Group in Spain seeks a strategic operations professional to launch a new sales inbound channel aimed at increasing advertiser acquisition across global markets. You will drive advertiser growth and coordinate cross-market campaigns to ensure consistent execution.

You will own monthly KPI reporting for inbound leads, track performance across channels, and support the Commercial Lead with data analysis and compelling pitch decks to close partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Driving Advertiser Growth: Support the strategic launch of a new sales inbound channel designed to increase advertiser acquisition across our global markets.
• Performance Tracking: Own the monthly reporting of inbound leads and track main KPIs across all inbound channels to inform business decisions.
• Campaign Management: Manage end-to-end operations for discount-based marketing campaigns, coordinating directly with local markets to ensure seamless execution.
• Partnership Development: Provide comprehensive support to the Commercial Lead by conducting data analysis and building compelling pitch decks to help close new global partnerships.
• Cross-Market Coordination: Act as a central point of contact for local commercial teams, providing strategic support to enhance their commercial pitches and marketing initiatives.
