Job summary

Glovo is seeking a talented Account Manager Intern to join our fast-growing team in Madrid. You will support the Account Management Team with partners, prepare performance reports, and help drive Ads activation and retention initiatives.

This 6-month internship requires Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or Economics, with fluency in English and Spanish, and comfort with Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• You’re pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics or similar.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• You love working with data and are comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Management Team in daily collaboration with Food Partners.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct outreach to Partners (email, phone, in-app messages) to recommend Ads activation or promotions.
• Create and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets.
• Prepare presentations and recommendations for Partners (Ads, promotions, upsell, retention actions).
• Monitor competitor and category trends and collect market insights.
