Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking an Account Manager Intern to support the Account Management Team with daily partner collaboration, reporting, and data-driven optimization in a fast-growing European startup.

You will prepare dashboards in Google Sheets, create presentations for Partners on Ads, promotions and retention, reach out to Partners by email/phone, and help monitor market trends while learning about digital marketing and account management.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Economics or related field.
• Availability for 6 months internship, full-day Mon–Fri.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Spanish.
• Interest in digital marketing and account management; data-oriented.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsabilidades

• Support Account Management Team in daily collaboration with Food Partners.
• Prepare reports and performance analyses to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct outreach to Partners (email, phone, in-app messages) to recommend Ads activation, follow up on performance, or share promotional opportunities.
• Create and maintain operational files and dashboards in Google Sheets.
• Prepare presentations, business reviews, and recommendations for Partners (Ads, promotions, upsell, retention actions, operations).
• Monitor competitor and category trends; collect market insights and industry news.
