Job summary

Glovo is seeking a PLECA Partner Ads & Promo Analyst to drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and improved promotional strategies. You will build tools for local teams, optimize partner value, and push for operational excellence with automation-driven initiatives.

You will collaborate with the Head of Commercials and HQ teams to shape the commercial strategy, lead ads and promotions, and deliver actionable performance reports for leadership decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical discipline.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to influence local commercial team.
• Proactive, motivated, results-driven attitude in a fast-changing environment.
• 2–3 years in analytical roles or high-demand positions.
• Data-driven mentality with strong analytical skills for decision making.
• Problem-solving with a hands-on attitude and bias for action.
• Curious and able to learn quickly with strong critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for Glovo PLECA Countries.
• Consolidate, optimize, and maintain dashboards and reports for KPIs and partner investments.
• Support data-driven projects including Business Planning, P&L analysis, forecasting.
• Standardize knowledge sharing and training for local teams; manage promo budget.
• Develop playbooks and materials to communicate ads product value and improve conversions across advertisers.
