Naboo is hiring for a Billing Operations role in Barcelona. You will ensure correct final amounts from suppliers for past events and make sure invoices are accurate to clients, while handling follow-ups and potential disputes.

You will work with CRM tools (HubSpot or similar), enjoy team interactions, and benefit from a modern Barcelona office and high-quality equipment. Fluency in English and French is required.

Formación

• Fluent in English and French, with daily interactions in both languages.
• Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Verify final amounts from suppliers for past events.
• Ensure events are invoiced correctly to clients.
• Follow up on outstanding items and disputes.
• Contribute to improving internal processes.
• Provide clear and helpful responses to clients and suppliers.
• Work from our Barcelona office with a MacBook provided.
• Participate in team events to foster collaboration.
