Naboo is seeking a Billing Operations & Customer Support team member in Barcelona. Ideal candidates are fluent in English and French, currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration, and detail-oriented. Responsibilities include managing invoice accuracy and client interactions, while participating in process improvements. Formación

• Fluent in English and French; 50% of daily operations are in French.
• Currently pursuing a degree in Finance or Business Administration.
• Detail-oriented and well-organized, with comfort in numbers.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier.
• Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client.
• Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes.
• Participate in the improvement of internal processes.
• Provide effective and clear answers to clients and suppliers.

Role & Responsibilities

You will be part of our Billing Operations & Customer Support team in Barcelona.

On a day to day basis you will:

• Ensure past events have the correct final amounts from each supplier
• Ensure past events are correctly invoiced to the client
• Follow-up on outstanding items and manage potential disputes
• Participate in the improvement of internal processes
• Provide effective and clear answers to clients and suppliers
