Naboo is seeking a Finance Operations associate based in Barcelona to join our growing team. You will ensure past events are invoiced correctly, answer questions from clients and suppliers, and help resolve disputes while supporting process improvements.

With 2+ years in a finance/billing role at a tech scale-up, you will work in English and French, use CRM tools like HubSpot, and contribute to a high-growth environment. Occasional remote work is available.

Formación

• 2+ years of experience in a Finance / Billing Operations role at a tech scale-up.
• Fluent in English and French (bilingual).
• Proficient with CRM tools such as HubSpot.
• Strong client interaction and teamwork skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Experience using AI or automation to improve operations.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure final invoices match from past events and bill clients correctly.
• Provide clear responses to clients and suppliers about invoices, PO, and payments.
• Follow-up on outstanding items and resolve disputes.
• Manage cancellations and event postponements.
• Support process improvement initiatives.
• Recruit, onboard, and train junior team members.
