Naboo.app in Barcelona is seeking a Billing Operations intern to join our growing team. You will verify final amounts from suppliers, ensure correct invoicing to clients, and follow up on outstanding items.

You are fluent in English and French (50% of daily operations are in French). You are pursuing a Finance degree or Master, are detail-oriented, and comfortable using CRM tools such as HubSpot. You will interact with clients and vendors and help improve internal processes.

Formación

• Fluent in English; French is also required (50% of daily operations in French).
• Pursuing a Finance degree or Master.
• Strong numerical and organizational skills; attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Verify final amounts from suppliers for past events.
• Ensure past events are invoiced correctly to clients.
• Follow-up on outstanding items and manage disputes.
• Participate in improving internal processes.
• Provide clear responses to clients and suppliers.
