Job summary

Boeva Tech is seeking an Operations Customer Expert for the Spanish Market + UK | Portugal to help customers with a wide range of questions from account and billing issues to technical troubleshooting. You will work within a multicultural team, delivering professional and empathetic support across Spanish-speaking markets and the UK.

You must be fluent in Castilian Spanish, have English at B1 or higher, and speak Basque, Catalan/Valencian, or Galician.

Qualifications

• Castilian Spanish — full fluency.
• English — B1 or above.
• Plus one of the following: Basque, Catalan/Valencian, or Galician.
