TP in Barcelona region is seeking a bilingual Portuguese-Spanish Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor to become an ambassador for our brands in the coffee, kitchen, and home care world. The role covers presales, aftersales, basic technical support, and backoffice tasks across stores and ecommerce.

Fluency in Portuguese and Spanish is required, English proficiency is desirable, with a focus on empathy, problem solving, and customer-centric service in a dynamic, international environment.
