Teleperformance is seeking a Bilingual Portuguese-Spanish Customer Service & Technical Support Advisor in Barcelona to join our international team. You will act as brand ambassador across coffee, kitchen, and home care segments, delivering presales and aftersales support including stores and online channels.

The role focuses on basic technical troubleshooting, back-office tasks, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Formación

• Bilingual Portuguese and Spanish required.
• Experience in customer service and technical support.
• Experience with presales/aftersales, including in-store and online channels.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 360º support to brands in presales and aftersales including stores and e-commerce.
• Basic technical troubleshooting support.
